POOJA LASI
B.A. (HONS), J.D.
Pooja Lasi is the founder and principal lawyer at PLR Law.
Her practice focuses on real estate and civil litigation matters.
​
Pooja’s practice specializes in residential real estate law, including: buying and selling a home, condominium, or townhouse; transfer of title; mortgage and refinance matters; and occupancy and final closings for new builds.
​
Pooja also practices civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution in a diverse number of areas, including not-for-profit dispute resolution, employment law, privacy, and business law.
Pooja was called to the bar in 2018. Prior to founding PLR Law, Pooja articled and practiced law with a mid-sized Toronto firm, focusing on providing litigation and alternative dispute resolution services.
​
Pooja earned her Juris Doctor degree at the University of Toronto in 2017. While attending law school, Pooja was very involved with Pro Bono Students Canada. On their behalf, Pooja volunteered with Pro Bono Law Ontario, Flemingdon Community Legal Services, and the Trans Family Law Project to assist low-income individuals in a variety of legal areas.

Prior to attending law school, Pooja earned her Honours Bachelor of Arts in criminology, socio-legal studies and political science at the University of Toronto in 2014.
